On February 4th, RACE Charities Foundation was pleased to present Dr. William Grady of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center (FHCRC) with its fourth consecutive donation check. Dr. Grady’s world-renowned research laboratory specializes in colon cancer early detection and prevention and the strides that FHCC is making in this area of science and cancer research is phenomenal. RACE Foundation members Jeromy Gensch, John Gensch, and Jake Kraft were honored to spend nearly two hours with Dr. Grady as well as tour some new areas of the facility including nutritional research and excercise science.
RACE Charities Foundation will look forward to its next visit to FHCC the afternoon of July 30th and invites anyone living in the Seattle area or interested in traveling to Seattle to join us in a tour and informational session this summer to please consider joining us in this valuable opportunity to learn more!
