Brad Rutkowski is a Warrior and on a mission to Fight For Life!

I will be running my third Phoenix P.F. Chang’s half marathon in January of 2010 with R.A.C.E. members in memory of Glory Gensch. I ask that all donations be made directly to R.A.C.E charities, which is a non-profit organization that has been created by her family to increase awareness of preventative measures for cancer while also donating funds to find a cure.
I also wear the GloBand in memory of Glory as a constant reminder that we can all give our part to help with discovering a cure for cancer. Please click on the “GloBand” link to read the symbolism that exists with the bands that read “BE A WARRIOR… FIGHT FOR LIFE,” and request yours today!
Also, navigate through the racecharities.org website and read Glory’s Story and find ways to get involved. If you would like to join a mailer to inform you of upcoming events, be sure to contact the founders of R.A.C.E. Charities and join our crusade to Raise Awareness of Cancer Early-on!

RACE Summary

RACE Charities is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awarenes of cancer through early detection. RACE organizes events around the country in efforts to raise awareness of the importance of early detection of cancer, especially for young people with a family history of cancer. RACE was founded by Glory Gensch (pictured on top of Page) who passed away from colon cancer at the age of 23. Glory’s legacy and mission lives on through RACE Charities, whose fundraising campaign is focused on raising money to donate directly to nationally renowned early detection research institutes throughout the United States. Glory, as well as all RACE volunteers and members, believe that if our efforts can save just one life, then it is well worth the sacrifice!
